The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of public accounting experience, a bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, strong tax and accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Quick Books Online, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. CPA is preferred; CPA pursuit acceptable.
