• Process full‑cycle payroll accurately and on schedule
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Maintain payroll records, reporting, and reconciliations
• Manage deductions, garnishments, and benefits‑related payroll items
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with audits and year‑end reporting (W‑2s, tax filings)

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification preferred
• 2–5+ years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with payroll systems
