Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking an Accounting Support professional for a direct hire opportunity in Fresno, CA within the Computer/IT Services industry. • Support day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry, account updates, document processing, and record maintenance.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and payment tracking as needed.
• Reconcile accounting information, research discrepancies, and help ensure financial records are accurate and current.
• Maintain organized files, reports, and documentation to support internal accounting and finance processes.
• Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to resolve routine accounting questions or documentation needs.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to management and the finance team on special projects or recurring reporting tasks.

• Compensation: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.
