Staff Accountant

Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for an accounting and finance opportunity. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day accounting operations, help maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to timely reporting.

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting activities.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
• Help prepare schedules and documentation for audits and tax filings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
