We are seeking a computer-savvy, highly organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who is eager to learn the real estate and financial services industry and grow with our company.
Position OverviewThis role serves as the front line of our organization—supporting daily administrative operations while ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for callers, visitors, and investors.

- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming office environment
- Direct mail and packages and coordinate deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Assist with special printing and document preparation projects
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Assist with basic investor communications and follow-up
- Help prepare materials, packets, and correspondence
- Provide general support to multiple departments
- Help maintain office supplies and organization
- Support operational and special projects as assigned
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or office software tools is a plus
