I’m looking to bring on a
part-time assistant
to support my growing real estate business behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, dependable, and proactive, someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly and takes pride in supporting a high level of service.
- Administrative and organizational tasks
- Transaction and detail support
- Social media posting and content assistance
- Lead generation support and follow-up tasks
- Client, vendor, and team communication
- Running errands and supporting client/team events as needed
- Creative projects and day-to-day business support
- Extremely reliable and responsible
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly
- Comfortable in both professional and social settings
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems
- Customer-service minded and professional
- High school diploma required
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Availability of 10–15 hours per week to start,
with a planned transition to approximately 20 hours per week over time - Available to enter into a 6-month agreement, with performance and fit evaluation on a month-to-month basis
- Real estate license preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Hourly, paid position.
Hiring Process:- Completion of a short questionnaire
- Interview with myself and my broker/office administrator
- Compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and overall fit.
This is a part-time, on-site Real Estate Assistant role based in Fresno, CA.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Real Estate practices and processes; experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage schedules, records, and appointments efficiently
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or administration are advantageous
