Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. The position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails and phone calls. Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assist clients with inquiries and ensure a positive experience by providing timely and efficient service. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet office needs. Assist in organizing office events, training sessions and team activities. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Must be a current notary public or willing to become a notary to assist with notarizing documents as part of their responsibilities.
Required:
High school diploma and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
