At Dumont Printing, our receptionist is the first impression every customer, vendor, and guest will have of us. We're looking for someone who is confident, warm, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Dumont Printing is a locally owned commercial print company with 60 employees and a strong reputation for quality work and exceptional customer service. What You ll Do- You ll be the hub of our front office, keeping things running smoothly while making every interaction a positive one.
- Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the right person or department
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a welcoming attitude
- Process credit card payments and new customer credit applications
- Provide administrative support to our six sales executives, including converting prospects to customers, updating job information, and editing invoices
- Monitor and distribute print proofs as needed
- Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with the shipping department
- Organize and distribute incoming paperwork each morning
- Assist the office manager with event planning, the company calendar, and employee lists. Maintain a clean, well-stocked conference room and lobby
- Take on special projects and other administrative support as needed
- Minimum two years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar customer-facing role. A confident, engaging communicator both on the phone and in person
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic math
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- A self-starter who follows through with minimal supervision
- A team player who is approachable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
