We are looking for a friendly and helpful Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the day both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities- Greet and provide excellent customer service to all visitors and customers.
- Follow up daily on all customer leads via phone calls. Must be able to make 40+ phone calls per day.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to team members.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, emailing, filing, proofreading and photocopying.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle many different projects at one time.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Education:
High School diploma - Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. - Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Spanish‑speaking is a plus, but not required
$18+ depending on experience and skill level.
