Summary: This position will be responsible for providing support to the manager and assisting with day-to-day operations. The operations assistant will help ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Operations AssistantJob Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer data
- Shipping arrangement, data entry by using Quickbooks
- Assist with the management of vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing delivery schedules
- Provide support to the manager as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- 1-2 years of experience in operations support or sales assistant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
