Job DescriptionYour focus as a Group Reservations Coordinator, will assist the Group Reservations Specialist with lead intake, account contracts, process deposits, and communicating with on-site Yosemite Hospitality leadership a needed to execute contracted services. You will report directly with the Group Reservations Specialist for Yosemite Hospitality. This position is located in Fresno, CA. Group Services Coordinators will possess the ability to communicate, answer emails, and support the department in a fast-paced environment.
CompensationData
COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities- Embodies focus, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills
- Manages accounts within the Delphicloud-based catering system and SMS property management software
- Prepares contracts, actions upon deposit and guest count due dates, prepares room blocks, Group Resumes, BEOs, and necessary documentation for group arrivals
- Confirms deposits, and processes payments on time, before services being provided
- Works efficiently and is prepared to help wherever needed
- Complete other tasks as assigned

Qualifications- Previous guest services experience and/or desire to work in the tourism industry preferable
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as fluency in written and spoken English language
- Organizational excellence, accuracy, attention to detail
- Excellent computer organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge and ability in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel programs
- Experience with Property Management Systems (Springer Miller System) preferred, but not required
- Type a minimum of 35 WPM
- An ability to work autonomously at times without direct supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
