Safety Administrator

Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 depending on experience. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Facilitate job site compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist safety manager in the field office.
• Compose and edit letters, memos, reports, procedures and other documents as required.
• Oversee and process day‑to‑day administrative items such as expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms and safety documentation per supervisor authorization.
• Manage safety training documentation requirements.
• Monitor all accidents and maintain appropriate file records.
• Set up drug testing appointments for new craft employees.
• Maintain safety audits.

• High School diploma (a technical degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent training and related experience.
• Working knowledge of general office procedures and ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts.
• Proficiency in web‑based research and Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
