Sales Administrator Wanted!

A local company is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales, inventory, accounting, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal teams.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory records and sales documentation, processing invoices and maintaining system data, preparing DMV paperwork and warranty documentation, coordinating truck transfers and dispatching local drivers, reviewing vendor invoices and supporting Accounts Payable, assisting with cash collections, billing inquiries, and customer support, and providing administrative support to the Sales Department.

Qualifications include 2+ years of administrative, AP/AR, sales support, or related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software, and high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
