- Create, update, and manage work orders for service calls, inspections, repairs, and related field activity.
- Coordinate technician scheduling, dispatch, and customer updates to help ensure timely service delivery.
- Review, file, and maintain technician reports, project documentation, compliance packets, and closeout materials.
- Process invoicing for service calls, contracts, and completed work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems that are audit-ready and easy to access.
- Support project managers and operations leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and workflow coordination.
Pay: $22 per hour.

- Administrative experience in fire protection, safety services, security, construction, facilities, or a related service industry.
- Familiarity with service contracts, compliance documentation, closeout packets, or project administration.
- Experience maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
