ResponsibilitiesCandidates will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing vehicle malfunctions. Honda technicians will be responsible for the installation of parts and making sure they work correctly by doing the “Road Test”. Our technicians will need to have the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely manner. Technicians will also be responsible for managing repair orders from start to finish.
To be able to complete repair orders, technicians will need to be able to communicate effectively with Advisors, Managers, and Dispatch to be able to complete repair orders.
- Utilize your expertise in automotive electrical systems, ADAS, Vehicle Maintenance, Schematics, Mechanical Knowledge to deliver top-notch service to our customers
- Diagnose and repair issues accurately and efficiently
- Estimate repair cost and provide detailed explanations to our customers
- Understand Schematics and technician manuals to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
- Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in automotive technology
- Provide labor and tie estimates for automotive repairs
- Road test and inspect vehicles before and after repairs

The approximate pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.
Requirements QualificationsCandidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license alongside an insurable driving record. Technicians must possess the ability to lift up to 150 lbs with a hand truck. Technicians must be able to work in tight spaces. Candidates must have the dexterity to use hand tools. Candidates will be required to walk/ stand for long periods.
Candidates will need to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong Diagnostic Skills
- Familiar with powertrain components and functions
- Ability to use hand tools and specialized equipment effectively
Ability to explain technical information clearly - Ability to work on all foreign, domestic and hybrid vehicles
- Previous experience as an automotive technician
- Deadline and Detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting skills
