Job DescriptionThe Print Center Coordinator provides print services related to tax and assurance client deliverables. This role is also responsible for providing additional support for business and field operations as needed. The Print Center Coordinator manages high volume requests and must be able to prioritize to manage workload. Other tasks include scanning, binder maintenance support to support business operations. This role works in collaboration with business operations and local office services.
Responsibilities- Provide print production and mailing of client deliverables, which may include and are not limited to client tax returns, financial reports, proposals, and agreements.
- Provide print support and mailing of client organizers.
- Provide scanning support and tracking of organizers.
- Assist with binder closing procedures and compliance, following Firm quality control standards.
- Ensure work accuracy, timeliness and quality control of final deliverables.
- Communicate project deadlins, status updates, and workflow questions.
- Proactively plan work to meet client deliverable deadlines.
- Seek opportunities to collaborate on administrative functions within the team.
- Manage and maintain inventory of related stationery and supplies for the Print Hub Center.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required, office support experience preferred; experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to develop relationships, build rapport, and effectively interface with all levels within the firm.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including the ability to articulate information and respond to questions clearly
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others.
- Strong organization skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
- May require some overtime hours.
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%.
The compensation range for this role is $18.00 to $34.10 Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
