The Opportunity:

• Be a Sr. Product Manager on our Enterprise team, focused on member engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with top talent to design, test, and launch new features that drive user engagement.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, design, etc.) to create a seamless user experience.
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve member journeys and measure the impact of your work.
• Lead the development of key features, from concept to implementation.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 5-7 years of product management experience (consumer-facing growth roles a plus).
• A proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills (connecting user needs to product features and metrics).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (across teams and all levels).
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• A passion for Better Up’s mission: helping people live with clarity, purpose, and passion.

Bonus points for:

• Computer science, MBA, or psychology degree.

Salary: $155,550 – $233,300 base salary (plus equity and benefits).
