Pepsi Co Supply Chain Supervisor
Pepsi Co Supply Chain is looking for a Supervisor in the 2nd/3rd shift schedule. Responsibilities include overseeing team execution of key food safety pre-requisite programs such as GMP compliance, sanitation, documentation and recordkeeping, regulatory audits, etc. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of process improvements and technical developments, building people capability through effective employee relations, developing the team to take on day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals, delivering effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact, communicating and collaborating cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues, motivating team members to achieve plan goals, ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations including food safety, and overseeing regulatory audits/inspections (i.e. AIB, FDA, ISO F2200 Standard, GHEMS).
Compensation and benefits include an expected compensation range between $66,900 - $111,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
