Role Description We are seeking a motivated and highly driven recent college graduate to join our team as a Management Trainee. This entry-level professional role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, leadership development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will work closely with department leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations while developing the skills needed for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate who possesses strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to build a long-term career in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, business administration, or management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist department leaders with daily business and operational activities.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with multiple departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Safety, Quality, and Finance.

Support project planning, implementation, and follow-up activities.

Develop an understanding of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Participate in leadership development and training programs.

Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, and management.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, internships, extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or employment.

Preffered:

• Internship or work experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, agriculture, or business administration.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
