Project Cost Controller

We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to support project cost, schedule, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role will work closely with Project Managers, contractors, and key stakeholders to monitor project performance, identify risks and variances, and support effective project planning and execution.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost, schedule, and project performance reports.
• Monitor cost and schedule variances and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Track project milestones, risks, changes, and project documentation.
• Support project estimates, business cases, change orders, accruals, and financial closeout activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, contractors, finance teams, and other stakeholders on project controls activities.
• Support project databases, reporting systems, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Monitor project forecasting performance using financial and reporting tools such as SAP/BW.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving project cost and schedule performance.

• Strong experience in project controls
  , including cost, schedule, and forecasting.
• Experience with project controls tools and data analytics.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience preparing project cost, schedule, and performance reports.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience tracking project milestones, risks, changes, and financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience with SAP/BW or comparable financial/reporting systems.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar project controls/reporting tools.
• Experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or other large‑scale capital projects.
• Experience with project cash flow, EAC/ETC forecasting, accruals, change orders, or earned value management.

• Client laptop will be provided.
• PPE and other required equipment will be vendor-provided.

Duration: 12 Months

Type: W2 Contract

The hourly rate for this position is $80.00 per hour.
