Salary $18 - $20 per hour. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, working 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The Construction Assistant will work under the Superintendents' and Assistant Superintendents' guidance.

We’re looking for a motivated Construction Assistant to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. You’ll primarily assist with site clean-up and may help with home building detail work from punch lists across multiple residential tracts.

• Perform general clean-up tasks on construction sites
• Assist with finishing details and punch list items as needed
• Support the team to ensure homes meet quality standards
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of the physical nature of construction work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

• No degree required
• Previous construction experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Must be able to lift and carry materials as needed
