A growing construction company in the Fresno area is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and support project teams with contract compliance and risk management. This role will work closely with leadership, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure contracts are properly structured, executed, and administered throughout the life of each project.

• Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and related project agreements

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial drafting through execution and closeout

• Ensure contract terms align with company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards

• Partner with project managers to monitor contract compliance and resolve contract-related issues

• Track key contract milestones, deadlines, insurance requirements, and change orders

• Assist with risk mitigation by identifying potential contractual issues and recommending solutions

• Maintain organized contract documentation and ensure accurate record keeping

• Coordinate with legal counsel when needed for complex agreements or disputes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing contracts within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentation

• Experience working with project managers and operations teams in a construction environment

• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
