This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, working 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The Construction Assistant will work under the Superintendents' and Assistant Superintendents' guidance.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Construction Assistant to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. You’ll primarily assist with site clean-up and may help with home building detail work from punch lists across multiple residential tracts.
What You’ll Do:- Perform general clean-up tasks on construction sites
- Assist with finishing details and punch list items as needed
- Support the team to ensure homes meet quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of the physical nature of construction work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- No degree required
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Must be able to lift and carry materials as needed
