Are you a hands‑on wireless construction leader with AT&T New Site Build experience? We’re looking for a Telecom Construction Manager to drive critical wireless infrastructure projects across Southern California. If managing schedules, budgets, safety, and field teams excites you—and you thrive in fast‑paced telecom environments—this could be your next challenge.
What You’ll Do:- Lead construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery
. - Manage direct reports, matrix staff, vendors, and subcontractors on multiple sites.
- Coordinate power and utility setup
, inspections, and permits to keep projects moving. - Enforce safety programs and quality standards across all construction work.
- Interface with engineering teams, clients, and utility partners to solve challenges in real time.
- 5+ years wireless construction experience (AT&T NSB a must).
- Strong power management experience, including utility coordination (PG&E, SCE).
- Proven experience managing GCs and job sites
. - Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively
. - Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Flexibility for day
, night, and potential weekend work as projects require.
- Active OSHA-30 certification or higher
. - Experience with small cell, right‑of‑way, or fiber/telecom projects
