We are seeking experienced and reliable roofing subcontractor crews to join our team. The ideal crew will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with current OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance.
• Must have a Certificate of Insurance.
• Must own a truck and all necessary tools and equipment for roofing installations.
• Must comply with current OSHA regulations.
• Ability to operate within a large territory surrounding Altoona.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Day shift, 8 hour shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Weekends as needed – Saturdays mandatory.

• Roofing Management: 3 years (Preferred).
• Construction: 4 years (Required).

• Driver's License (Required).

• 90% (Preferred).

• On the road, in person.

• Full‑time.

Salary: $45 - $90 a year.
