Omninet Capital is a vertically integrated private real estate investment and property management firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. The firm owns and operates a diversified portfolio of multifamily and commercial assets across the United States, with approximately 300 professionals managing the platform end‑to‑end, from acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management to property operations, construction, accounting, legal, and technology.

We are seeking a highly experienced On‑Site Construction Manager / Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day field operations for a new construction project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing both ground‑up and renovation projects, with strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This full‑time, on‑site position requires exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities and ensure compliance with design, schedule, building codes, and safety standards
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, in‑house workers, and inspections to ensure high‑quality workmanship
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and MEP contractors to resolve technical issues in the field
• Obtain and review bids from subcontractors and vendors when needed; negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure the best value for the project
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the corporate office regarding project progress, issues, and milestones
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all work complies with OSHA standards
• Review and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation using construction management software and Office 365 tools
• Conduct daily site walks, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or risks
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and prepare detailed daily reports

• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On‑Site Construction Manager
• Extensive experience in both ground‑up and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and coordination
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Plan Grid, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively
• OSHA certification preferred
