Full-time position.
Responsibilities- Hire specialized subcontractors when necessary.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed on site at all times.
- Advising clients.
- Ensure sites are secure.
- Manage work teams, materials, and equipment.
- Inspect quality of work performed by employees and subcontractors.
- Keep accurate financial records.
- Apply for building permits and licenses.
- Monitor project schedules.
- Working knowledge of multiple phases of construction.
- Minimum 2 years experience in any or all areas listed.
- Finish carpentry experience.
- Basic carpentry tools knowledge. (e.g., tool selection, usage, and maintenance.)
