Job Role s and Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all phases of on-site construction activities.
Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trade personnel.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
Inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Maintain project documentation and reporting using construction management software.
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
Promote and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures.
Manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications and CertificationsMinimum 5 years of Construction Management experience.
Minimum 5 years of healthcare construction experience.
Experience working on commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
Experience with public works and/or private sector construction projects.
Proficiency with construction management software.
Extensive healthcare construction project experience.
Strong ability to manage multiple trades and project schedules.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
