• Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses for civil projects related to infrastructure such as roadways, highways, bridges, and overpasses.
• Collaborate with field representatives and project managers.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; identify discrepancies or conflicts.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced field staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or associate degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience inspecting civil infrastructure projects for roads, highways, bridges, or overpasses with Caltrans/CADOT experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven problem‑solving and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interpret construction schedules.
• Relevant industry certifications.
• Pass drug‑screening before hire; subject to random and cause testing thereafter.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee‑owned culture.

Full-Time, Non-Exempt.
