About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Construction Assistant to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. You'll primarily assist with site clean-up and may help with home building detail work from punch lists across multiple residential tracts.
What You'll Do:
Perform general clean-up tasks on construction sites Assist with finishing details and punch list items as needed Support the team to ensure homes meet quality standards Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Good communication skills Understanding of the physical nature of construction work Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Requirements:
No degree required Previous construction experience is a plus, but not necessary Must be able to lift and carry materials as needed
