Overview
📍 Fresno, CA | Part-Time (Potential Full-Time) | Onsite Monday to Friday (Occasional Travel to our LA office for events, company paid)
Are you passionate about planning meaningful events and making an impact in the world of behavioral health? We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Events Coordinator to support our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs and services. This is a unique opportunity to combine event planning with a mission-driven purpose—helping children and families thrive through quality ABA services.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute company-hosted events including outreach events, career fairs, community workshops, and recruitment events in the ABA field
- Manage event logistics including venue coordination, vendors, materials, timelines, and on-site execution
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and HR teams to support hiring events and promote client services
- Represent the company at community events and build relationships with local organizations and partners
- Coordinate travel and event setup for occasional events at our Los Angeles office
- Track event attendance, engagement metrics, and assist with post-event reporting
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and experiences
- 1–2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or related field (healthcare, education, or behavioral services preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with event promotion, social media coordination, or creative tools (Canva, Eventbrite, etc.) a plus
- Passion for supporting families, children, and mental/behavioral health initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
