Monday through Saturday, Sunday Off

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account management, ensuring prompt and comprehensive responses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
• Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and assist in the resolution of any account discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service recommendations to meet customer needs and promote additional company offerings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold confidentiality of all customer information.

• Proven experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
