Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Support Representative to join a project-based team. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to schools and educational professionals to schedule informational meetings. This position follows a prepared script and is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable making a high volume of calls throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Make approximately 150–200 outbound calls each day to prospective contacts.
- Follow a provided script to introduce services and schedule appointments.
- Accurately document call activity and appointment details.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor on every interaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to update records and communicate with the internal team.
- Meet daily outreach goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, inside sales, or a similar phone-based role preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Able to remain motivated and professional when handling objections or unanswered calls.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently after initial guidance.
