This is a frontline, high‑impact position for someone who can own escalations, protect the customer experience, and keep scheduling running efficiently in a fast‑paced home services environment.

• Own escalations and turn unhappy customers into loyal ones
• Make smart scheduling decisions using CRM/dispatch tools (tech availability, urgency, routing, capacity)
• Save cancellations, support reschedules, and keep the board full
• Communicate confidently with customers and field teams
• Document accurately and follow through—every time

• 3+ years in a high-volume customer service / call center / dispatch role
• Proven ability to handle tough calls with professionalism and empathy
• Strong multitasking, accuracy, and decision‑making under pressure
• Home services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) or dispatch experience is a major plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
