Store Customer Service Rep

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Take and process orders over the phone and in person.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• General duties for all store team members include: operate all equipment; stock ingredients; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; clean equipment and facility; training/orientation provided on the job.
• Essential Functions/
  
  Skills:
  
  add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; must be able to make correct monetary change; verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Work Conditions/Exposure: varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above; exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees; sharp edges and moving parts; etc.
