A-Team Dental Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions II (RDAEF2) certification for a private practice located in Fresno, California. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, ideal for a confident and self-sufficient assistant who takes pride in providing quality chairside support and helping the office run smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all RDAEF2 functions in compliance with the California Dental Practice Act
• Work independently when needed, providing full chairside support without an additional assistant
• Assist in all aspects of general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures
• Take and pour impressions, fabricate temporary crowns, and perform final cementation under dentist supervision
• Capture and evaluate digital X-rays, maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Support everyday office operations including sterilization, operatory turnover, and patient coordination
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment through professionalism and reliability

Requirements:

• Active RDAEF2 license in the State of California (required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the dentist
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to patient care excellence
