We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join our integrated, physician-led care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with benign and malignant hematologic conditions as well as solid tumors. You will practice in a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuity of care, multidisciplinary teamwork, and advanced clinical support.
️ Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies
Develop and oversee individualized oncology treatment plans, including chemotherapy and biologic therapies
Provide outpatient oncology care with inpatient consult coverage as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, and primary care
Utilize an integrated electronic medical record to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and survivorship planning
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practice
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license
Strong clinical judgment with excellent patient communication skills
