Job Opportunity - Obstetrics Hospitalist - Central California

Schedule: Five to six 24-hour shifts per month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM); weekend coverage required; no on-call responsibilities

Highlights:

• Average 4-5 deliveries per 24-hour shift; majority vaginal deliveries with approximately 25% cesarean sections
• Care for approximately 13-14 patients daily across inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic settings
• Level 2 NICU facility with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes
• Holiday coverage includes premium pay incentive
• Locum and Locum to Perm opportunity available

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (required)
• Active California medical license or application in progress prior to start date
• Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications required before starting
• COVID-19 vaccination mandatory per facility policy
• Active delivery experience required
• NPDB Self-Query required
• 1-5 years of relevant practice experience highly preferred
