Low Risk Pregnancy, High Risk Pregnancy, HR Interpretation NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds Performance of Interpretation/Level I/Screening/Level II/Targeted (Anatomic), Routine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, Surgical Gynecology Open, Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA s - Credentialing: EPIC Documentation System;
Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) required at time of presentation
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: Active CA License
