Overview
The Regional Website Content Specialist drives the web presence execution and asset development for a regional hub consisting of 3-4 divisions. The role ensures accurate, engaging, and high-performing digital content across and third‑party platforms, partnering closely with division teams to gather timely updates, reflect current offerings, and highlight community differentiators while maintaining alignment with brand standards and user experience best practices.
By proactively managing content updates, optimizing digital assets, and collaborating with corporate stakeholders, the specialist maximizes online visibility, supports lead generation, and enhances the overall customer journey.
- Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on using ‘Optimizely’, ensuring a seamless, high‑impact digital buyer journey.
- Lead the structure and maintenance strategy for JDE community setup and ongoing updates to align marketing priorities and sales goals.
- Drive and oversee the creation, quality assurance (QA), and performance monitoring of key landing pages (e.g., Community Ads, “Coming Soon” pages), proactively identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end community marketing assets, including floor plans, renderings, and site plans, ensuring alignment with brand standards and go‑to‑market timelines.
- Strategically manage ‘Modsys’ creation in partnership with Field Marketing to ensure consistent, branded experiences across touchpoints.
- Manage and oversee ‘Box Brownie’ virtual staging strategy and enhancement pipeline, ensuring high‑quality, impactful visual content for online channels.
- Maintain a centralized repository of photo, video, and virtual tour content, identifying content gaps and usage trends to inform future asset needs.
- Drive the strategy and execution for Zillow location verification and optimization to support SEO, visibility, and buyer accuracy.
- Conduct quarterly audits and enhancements across third‑party listing sites (e.g., RDC), proactively correcting discrepancies and improving user experience.
- Govern digital content across all third‑party platforms, ensuring accurate, brand‑aligned representation of communities.
- Own the digital content lifecycle for community launches from “Coming Soon” through active status, aligning with business goals and promotional calendars.
- Develop and execute promotional messaging strategies across platforms and landing pages to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor internal digital performance metrics, including Star Ratings and audit scores, translating insights into actionable content improvements.
- Lead the process for QMI inventory accuracy, performing audits and driving timely updates in collaboration with Sales and Ops teams.
- Proactively identify and implement digital content enhancements based on analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required;
High school diploma or GED required. - Minimum 2‑4 years of experience as a Marketing or Data Coordinator.
- Proven work experience with marketing coordination and digital content management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus.
- Computer skills and competencies are required.
The base compensation for this position ranges from an annual salary of $53,900.00 to $67,400.00, subject to adjustment based on business‑related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations. The position may also be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
