EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Education, Teaching, or related fields (Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling). Valid California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential (or equivalent Teaching/Services Credential). Valid California Administrative Services Credential 3–5 years of experience in special education or an educational leadership/case management role. PREFERRED:
Master's Degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or Educational Leadership. Valid California Administrative Services Credential. Prior experience working with foster, homeless, or at-risk youth populations. KTEA Assessment Training and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification. LICENSES AND

CERTIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

TB Clearance or Risk Assessment (Ed.Code 49406) Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Backgrounds Clearance(Ed. Code 44237). Valid CA Driver's License (This position requires travel to/between BPEA sites; Required to have access to a vehicle and the physical ability to drive)
