Business Technology Teacher; CTE

Requirements / Qualifications

BS, AS Degree in Business Administration or related field. Highly preferred to be certified in Microsoft Suite and credentialed in Business and Finance, and must qualify or hold a CTE credential with ELA Authorization.
*** CTE credential can be gained through 3 years of work experience within business field directly related to industry sector****. At least two years teaching experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. Attach your resume, credential, and any other pertinent information. No phone calls please.

Must have the ability to teach one of the following:
Microsoft Suite, Database, and Office Procedures.

Provide instruction to at‑risk students; teach content and skills in the assigned subject matter; teach a program through CTE courses; develop and implement lesson plans for subject matter curriculum; improve academic skills and provide career and vocational awareness/education; instruct students in citizenship and basic communication skills; work effectively with multi‑cultural/diverse groups and establish a positive relationship with students; possess knowledge of concepts in computers in an instructional environment.

$58,000 – $69,713 annually.
