Proof of High School Diploma or Equivalent, like the GED, a resume, two (2) letters of recommendation that are dated less than two (2) years old and signed with actual signatures (electronically signed letters will not be accepted) If you are unable to scan and attach the required documents, you can fax them to  or bring them into the Human Resources Office.
