• Outbound calling to potential leads with unlimited opportunities
• Guide homeowners through the solar buying process with clarity and confidence
• Build rapport, handle objections, and clearly present all financing options
• Maintain CRM records and meet weekly/monthly closing targets

• Base Pay: $18/hr
• Commission: Competitive tiered structure + bonuses
• Top closers earn $5K–$10K+ monthly

• Entry level sales professionals
• Eager to learn proven sales systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for customers
