Key Qualifications
- Self-motivated and is a self-starter
- Strong work ethics
- Works well in ambiguity
- Flexible and adaptive towards changing processes and environments
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
- 2+ years of sales background
- Solar or technical background strongly preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Residential Solar installation
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Climb ladders and work on rooftops
- Work in hot conditions (on top of the roof)
- Professionalism
