Senior Project Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Controls Analyst with strong Primavera P6 scheduling and project controls experience to support large-scale utility projects. This role will be responsible for schedule development, cost analysis, forecasting, and project reporting to ensure project performance and financial accuracy.

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
  .
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Monitor project cost, schedule performance, and financial progress
  .
• Prepare monthly and weekly project performance reports and variance analysis.
• Track project milestones, risks, and schedule updates
  .
• Maintain project documentation in EDMS and other project systems
  .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project planning and reporting
  .
• Support leadership with cost forecasting, budget analysis, and project status reporting
  .

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Controls Analyst or in project controls functions.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 scheduling
  .
• Experience with SAP Project System or Work Management Systems
  .
• Knowledge of project cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis
  .
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
  .

• Experience in utility, construction, or infrastructure projects
  .
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management.
• Experience with Unifier, Project Wise, or Heavy Bid
  .
