Land Surveyor – Actalent, Fresno, CA. The position is for a Licensed Land Surveyor (Office-Based) who will provide technical oversight and preparation of surveying deliverables for land development, municipal, and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on office-based work and does not include department management or field responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Provide technical oversight and preparation of surveying deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with field crews, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of surveying documents.
- Coordinate with public agencies for map reviews and approvals.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey-related software.
- California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in land surveying, including preparation of survey maps and legal documents.
- Strong knowledge of boundary law, mapping procedures, and California Subdivision Map Act requirements.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
