Willing to join an innovative, fast‑paced manufacturing team, the successful candidate will design, develop, and improve our product range. Duties include creating and maintaining manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, bills of materials, manuals, and performance curves.

• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs for our product range.
• Conduct design activities, calculations, and test curves for various pump models and configurations.
• Spearhead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, cost efficiency, and manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the product development team to design innovative products that meet industry trends and customer needs.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Create and update product manuals and performance curves to provide clear, accurate product information.
• Participate in product design reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve product quality and performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes and product design.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of product‑engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and product design.
• Proficiency in CAD software for product design and engineering calculations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with engineering standards within the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
