- Project Coordination & Support
Collaborate with licensed surveyors, engineers, CAD staff, subcontractors, and agencies to support project delivery, submittals, and approvals. - Technical Surveying & Analysis
Perform a variety of surveying tasks including boundary analysis, title report review, right‑of‑way engineering, ALTA surveys, topographic mapping, photogrammetry, LiDAR, and point cloud processing. - Mapping & Deliverables
Prepare legal descriptions, exhibits, right‑of‑way plans, records of survey, and final technical drawings for agency submittals. - Research & Calculations
Research and analyze boundary elements for retracement and perform survey calculations and analytical work to support field and office efforts. - Project Documentation & Communication
Assist with RFIs, reports, schedules, and maintain project file systems while ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of surveying experience with a High School Diploma or GED OR Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or a related field with 2+ years of surveying experience
- LSIT (Land Surveyor in Training) certification
- Experience with AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center (TBC), Carlson, Micro Station, or In Roads
- Public mapping experience including subdivision maps, parcel maps, records of survey, and legal descriptions
- Topographic design mapping experience
- Ability to read and interpret deeds
- Knowledge of boundary survey principles
- Hourly Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
