Field Services Engineer

We’re seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical service of industrial rotating equipment, with industrial pump experience strongly preferred.

• Lead and support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, operational, and system-level issues and identify root causes.
• Review performance data and develop practical corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to customers throughout installation, startup, and troubleshooting.
• Document field findings, failures, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate multiple service activities and respond effectively to urgent customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales to resolve technical and product-related issues.
• Share field insights to improve equipment reliability, customer experience, and service processes.
• Maintain compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
• Travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25%.

• 2+ years of experience working with industrial machinery; industrial pump experience preferred.
• Experience with rotating equipment or similar industrial systems is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; equivalent technical education and experience considered.
• Working knowledge of machine design, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and bills of materials.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
